Manufacturing of capacitors is a complicated and labor-consuming process, requiring high-quality and unique equipment and, correspondingly, highly qualified personnel.

The whole production process at our factory is fully automated. Most up-to-date developments of leading foreign companies in this area form the basis of our automatic line. Engineers and designers of our company are constantly working at the improvement of production cycle and finished product quality. Continuous cooperation with Russian institutes in the area of capacitor production takes place, as well as active cooperation with progressive foreign companies, specialized in manufacturing of equipment for capacitor production. Production process consists of many complicated operations. One of the most difficult operations is winding of sections. The winding is performed on precision Swiss equipment, with automatic control of film tension, adjustment of margin between its layers and elimination of air from intersection spaces. The advantage of this technology consists in capacity stability for mass production, non-susceptibility of section to electrochemical oxidation, decrease of loss-angle tangent, which means capacitor long service life and safe operation.

In order to improve capacitor parameters and hold them constant, electric cleaning of sections is required. This is a very complicated process of applying stepwise changeable voltage to the product in order to eliminate micro-defects. This process is performed on the automatic line using high-precision intellectual measuring tooling.

Capacitor assembly and final testing:

Automatic assembly process integrates all mechanical, assembling, measuring and final-sorting processes that substitute manual operations. After assembly capacitors are subject to 100% electronic quality control with regards to capacity, loss-angle tangent and dielectric strength.
